This will allow a member to stay in an exclusive, luxury residence for seven (7) days, one (1) complimentary week (US $250,000 value) within the first two (2) years of their membership, on a first come, first serve basis.
  • The next twenty-five (25) members will be assessed a US $1 million membership fee and US $350,000 membership dues. This will allow a member to stay in an exclusive luxury residence for five (5) days, within the first two (2) years of their membership, on a first come, first serve basis.
  • The following additional members will be assessed a US $1 million membership fee and US $450,000 membership dues. This will allow a member to stay in an exclusive luxury residence for three (3) days, within the first two (2) years of their membership, on a first come, first serve basis.
  • In the third year of membership, we will offer short-term membership to those additional new members for a one (1) week stay in an exclusive luxury residence for a total cost of US $250,000 per week on a first come, first serve basis.
  • For the first fifty (50) initial members, in the third year, we will offer a discounted one (1) week stay in an exclusive luxury residence for US $125,000 for a week on a first come, first serve basis.
  • The first fifty (50) initial members will also have access to exclusive areas of the private club and exclusive privileges that the short-term members will not have.
  • The private members and their guests will have at their disposal submersible submarine operation training and use for undersea exploration during their stay.
  • The private members and their guests will also have at their disposal several submersible submarine series options for purchase.

Return on Investor Investment:
Currently we have set the initial membership at 1,000 members in the exclusive Blue Legacy Six Star Undersea Luxury Casino, Residences, Restaurant, and Exclusive Private Membership Club. This is based upon selling 1,000 private memberships which we estimate will gross US $1 billion. This will return an estimate of US $200 million in profit on paper less two (2) years operating costs for the five (5) exclusive luxury residences.

The projected estimate revenue for years one (1) through five (5) of the Club Casino operations are as follows: Year 1- US $215 million/ Year 2- US $250 million/ Year 3- US $375 million/ Year 4- US $450 million/ Year 5- US $565 million.

In addition, we anticipate we will earn an estimated US $110 million in income the first year in the private club and the bar/restaurant/conference and entertainment center to easily cover approximately US $19 million in the first year operating costs and make a comfortable profit.

The Blue Legacy Six Star Undersea Luxury Casino, Residences, Restaurant, and Exclusive Private Membership Club will offer the following return on investor investment:

  • Blue Legacy Six Star Undersea Luxury Casino, Residences, Restaurant, and Exclusive Private Membership Club will move forward on a construction completion bond to guarantee completion of the undersea project.
  • Pre-Construction Investor(s) will begin to receive principle + 13% interest return on their investment six (6) months after start of construction and while global membership fees are collected. This return on investment payout of 100% principle + interest will be paid out to investor(s) within six (6) months after start of construction as new member membership fees are collected.
  • Construction build-out investor(s), who invest from US $25 million to US $99 million, for the project financing will receive principle + 7% profit sharing per year for three (3) years from casino profits based upon their principle invested amount.   • Open to the public is the Blue Zone Sports Bar with food selections, exotic beverages, and satellite transmission of all major sporting championship and special events.
